Geoffrey Manton IT Suites

Red Tree completed the full strip-out and refurbishment of the first floor IT suites at the Geoffrey Manton building, including full refurbishment of male, female and accessible WC facilities. The works included extensive room alterations, full mechanical and electrical remodelling to accommodate the new layouts, and the redecoration of walls, ceilings and flooring.

A total of 318 desks and chairs were installed across the IT suites, with each workstation requiring dedicated power and data connections. Due to the existing slab floors and congested ceiling voids, the new services were carefully routed through perimeter trunking to provide the required connectivity while working within the constraints of the existing building.
