“Being an apprentice at Red Tree means learning from experienced people who genuinely care about your development and want to see you succeed. From day one, I’ve felt supported, trusted, and encouraged to ask questions, try new things, and grow in confidence.
I’ve gained real-world knowledge and practical skills that go far beyond the classroom, as well as the reassurance that it’s okay to learn as you go. Every project has helped me understand how my work fits into a bigger picture, and every challenge has pushed me to think differently and improve.
Most importantly, I’ve built confidence in myself and my abilities - confidence that will stay with me throughout my career. The experience has shown me what I’m capable of, what I enjoy, and how much I can develop when I’m in the right environment with the right people around me.”
