Cosy Campus - University of Manchester

The Cosy Campus project comprised the refurbishment of existing WC facilities and the transformation of the Cosy Campus study/café space within the Main Library. The works were undertaken to create upgraded, modern toilet facilities alongside an enhanced study and social environment, providing a more comfortable, functional, and inviting space for users. We worked closely with the client team to deliver a coordinated and high-quality scheme within a live operational environment.

A key focus throughout the project was the proactive management of client provisional sums, maximising value and enabling the delivery of additional works within the contract period. This was supported by strong design coordination and a solution-led approach to problem solving, alongside the design, supply, and installation of specialist bespoke joinery within the WC and café areas.
