As part of the General Medical Council’s Minor Works Framework, Red Tree were contracted by the General Medical Council to transform the breakout areas at their Manchester Office located in Spinningfields. The project was undertaken on a design & build basis, involving close integration with the GMC’s team to ensure the finished product brought to life the client’s brief. The works were completed out of hours to reduce disruption.
