Sports Hall Refurbishment

This project comprised of the refurbishment of an existing school sports hall to create a modern, high-quality environment for both student and community use. Key areas of work include the Sports Hall, Gymnasium, Squash Courts, Changing Rooms, Toilets, and associated classroom spaces.

The scheme was successfully delivered in multiple phases to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing school operations. Works focused on upgrading the existing facilities, improving functionality, and enhancing the overall user experience, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment throughout.

Through early contractor involvement, we supported the development of the design, working closely with the client team to ensure a coordinated and deliverable scheme. This structured and collaborative approach ensured a smooth transition for staff and students into the new academic year, with the refurbished facilities delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The completed project now provides a significantly improved sports and leisure facility, supporting both educational and public use, and delivering long-term value to the school and wider community.
