Gardener Unit Office Refurbishment

Red Tree refurbished the first-floor staff areas at Gardener Unit at Prestwich Hospital for Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (GMMH). The project covered 31 rooms and included a new kitchenette, upgrading staff office and welfare facilities to create a more functional and comfortable working environment.

With a tight two-month programme and a strict budget to work within, the project required careful planning, efficient coordination and close management of resources to ensure the works were delivered safely and to the required quality standards.

Despite the challenging timescales, Red Tree successfully completed the refurbishment, providing improved facilities for GMMH staff and supporting the ongoing needs of the hospital environment.
