Bloomberg Trading Suite

We delivered the complete refurbishment and remodelling of an existing open-plan office space within Manchester Metropolitan University Business School, transforming it into a state-of-the-art Bloomberg IT Suite and collaboration space.

The works included new power and data installations, lighting, mechanical rebalancing and BMS upgrades, alongside a feature dividing wall incorporating a live stock market ticker, new floor finishes, redecoration and furniture. The completed suite accommodates up to 70 students, with Bloomberg Terminals, dual-screen workstations and advanced AV technology creating an immersive simulated trading environment.

Designed to provide students with hands-on experience of global financial markets, the facility bridges the gap between academic learning and real-world financial practice. The project was subsequently recognised with Best Content Application at the 2026 Crestron Integration Awards.

We adopted a carefully coordinated approach to the refurbishment, managing the transformation of an existing university space while coordinating multiple building services and specialist technology requirements. Particular attention was given to the integration of new power, data, lighting, mechanical and BMS systems alongside architectural finishes and specialist Bloomberg and AV installations.
