  • A Very Spooky Halloween

Spirits are high this Halloween as our teams get into the ‘spirit’ with a fancy dress competition and charity quiz! Both our office and site teams are joining in on the fun with plenty of laughs (and a few scares!) along the way. Together, we’ve raised £150 for our charity partners, the Natalie Kate Moss Trust and Cradle, two incredible organisations making a real difference. We’re proud to support their amazing work – check out The Natalie Kate Moss Trust and CRADLE CHARITY on social media to learn more and get involved.

  • GMMH Stars Awards 2025

What a night to remember! We were proud to sponsor the Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust Stars Awards 2025 – a fantastic celebration of the people who make GMMH such an inspiring organisation. It was a privilege to support the ‘Clinical Team of the Year’ and ‘Inclusive Leader of the Year’ awards. The Stars Awards recognise the dedication, compassion and expertise that define GMMH’s services. • Future Builders In The Making

Hard hats on and smiles all around! It’s been an exciting week on site as we welcomed two very special visitors who came to see the early stages of our latest refurbishment project in action. Guided by our Apprentice Site Manager, Emily, and Skilled Operative, Darren, they were given a real behind-the-scenes look at how a project like this comes to life. They learned about site safety, the importance of teamwork and the careful planning that goes into transforming spaces. It was fantastic to see their excitement grow as they explored the site and asked brilliant questions along the way. Who knows… maybe we’ve just met our apprentices of the future!

  • Small Acts, Big Impact

This week, our team took part in the Cradle Bag Pack, donating time and resources to assemble bags filled with essentials like shampoo, sanitary products and hair brushes – small items that offer comfort to those experiencing loss. As part of our ongoing commitment, we’re raising awareness, encouraging open conversations, and ensuring support is available through our bereavement policy. Now in our second year supporting CRADLE, we’re proud to stand alongside them in breaking the silence and showing care for those who need it most.

  • Teeing Off For A Great Cause

What a fantastic day at The Natalie Kate Moss Trust Golf Day! Four members of our Red Tree team joined the four-ball at Mottram Hall, enjoying great golf, plenty of laughs, and post-round celebrations with dinner and prizes. Beyond the fun, the event raised vital funds and awareness for The Natalie Kate Moss Trust and its incredible work preventing lifestyle-related brain haemorrhages and funding life-saving research. We’re proud to support such an amazing cause and grateful to everyone who made the day a success!

  • Not All Waste Is Wasted

We’ve been working with one of our clients to remove around 200 OSB sheets - but instead of sending them to landfill, they’re getting a brand-new purpose. In partnership with Touch Wood, a brilliant social enterprise that’s part of the National Community Wood Recycling Project, these sheets will be reused for things like art, construction and community projects. Even better, the profits are reinvested back into local communities - creating a true circular economy. This approach reflects our Social Value Pledge and commitment to Net Zero, proving that with the right partnerships, recycling can do so much more than reduce waste.

  • Leading Without Authority

Today our team took part in 'Leading without Authority Day' - a fantastic opportunity to grow our skills in communication, persuasion and influence. The session encouraged us to think about how we can inspire change and lead effectively in everyday situations. By exploring real workplace examples and using practical tools, the day was all about building confidence, collaboration and stronger connections. Investing in training like this helps us create a culture where everyone feels empowered to contribute fresh ideas and make a positive impact. Together, we’re developing leaders at every level across Red Tree!

  • Red Tree New Fleet

Big news rolling in - quite literally! We’re proud to introduce our brand-new hybrid vehicles to the Red Tree fleet! Each one is wrapped in a fresh take on our classic Red Tree design - bold, eye catching and showcasing the highlights of what we do best. But it’s not just about looking good on the road. These vehicles mark a meaningful step forward in our Net Zero journey and carbon reduction plan. By reducing emissions and embracing cleaner travel, we’re reaffirming our commitment to a more sustainable future - for our industry, our communities and the planet

  • Rainhill Golf Day

Red Tree swapped the office for the fairway! Collaboration, team bonding and a healthy dose of competition were the order of the day as some of the Red Tree lads took all three to Blundells Hill Golf Course. With perfect weather and spirits high, the teams teed off ready for a challenge - and maybe a few laughs along the way! The day was the perfect reminder that teamwork doesn’t just happen in the office - it’s built through shared experiences, laughter and a bit of friendly competition. We might not all be ready for the PGA just yet, but we came away with stronger connections, great memories, and a few lessons in patience (and putting)!

  • National Opportunities Day

National Opportunities Day! At Red Tree, opportunity isn’t just a word - it’s a commitment. We believe that empowering our team to grow is essential to everything we do. Whether it’s upskilling, learning opportunities or personal development, we create space for everyone to thrive. We track and celebrate this progress through our Training Matrix, a living record of the training each team member has completed - because growth should be visible, measurable, and always encouraged. Here's to the opportunities that shape our people and power our purpose

  • A Paw-some Monday

We had a surprise visit from some very special guests yesterday… a few fluffy faces dropped by the office to deliver tail wags, puppy kisses and a big dose of serotonin. Safe to say productivity may have temporarily dipped, but morale soared as everyone paused for cuddles, laughter and smiles. The perfect Monday pick-me-up to start the week with wagging tails, happy hearts and plenty of smiling faces — a reminder that sometimes the best meetings are the furry ones!

  • Charity 5-A-Side

The trophy has been lifted! Our annual 5-a-side charity game has reached full time and what a fantastic set of matches we had. Congratulations to the Red Tree team on winning and a huge thank you to everyone who participated - your energy and teamwork made it a memorable event. We're proud to have raised money for two incredible charities, The Natalie Kate Moss Trust and CRADLE CHARITY, making a positive impact in our community. • Mental Health Breakfast

Community is truly at the heart of everything we do, so when we found out it was the main theme for Mental Health Awareness Week, it felt like a perfect fit and made us want to celebrate it even more. This theme really highlights how important community is for our mental health and wellbeing, showing how much of a positive difference strong connections and supportive groups can make. To mark the week, we encouraged our team to get together and have some meaningful chats over breakfast. Being part of a safe, positive community is so vital for our mental health and how we feel

  • Lunch and Learn Session

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming the The Natalie Kate Moss Trust to our offices for a valuable Lunch and Learn session focused on blood pressure. The team provided insightful information on understanding and managing blood pressure, offering practical tips that resonated with our employees. It was also incredibly inspiring to learn more about the crucial research the Natalie Kate Moss Trust is undertaking. Prioritising the health and wellbeing of our team is essential, and this session was a positive step in empowering everyone with important health knowledge.
