Smarter Working

Manchester Metropolitan University appointed us directly to deliver a new hybrid working environment on the fourth floor of their Business School. The project involved a full internal remodelling and refurbishment of the existing space, alongside extensive mechanical and electrical modifications.

Works included the removal of existing partition walls and glazed screens to create a more open, flexible layout. Comprehensive M&E adaptations were undertaken, including upgrades to the fire alarm system and the replacement of lighting throughout. Ceiling works were completed, complemented by the installation of acoustic panel within the space.

The refurbishment was finished with new floor finishes across the entire area, the installation of modern furniture, and the addition of a new kitchenette resulting in a contemporary, functional environment designed to support collaborative and flexible working.
