Gardener Unit

The Gardener Unit project involved the removal of existing internal walls alongside a full mechanical and electrical strip-out to allow for a complete reconfiguration of the space. New walls and drainage were installed to create a dedicated seclusion room, while the original ward was fully refurbished to provide a modern, functional environment that better supports staff wellbeing and day-to-day operations.

The newly completed works delivered a range of upgraded facilities, including two new offices, two storage rooms, a new kitchen area, a bathroom, and a shower facility. Together, these enhancements have transformed the unit into a more efficient, compliant, and comfortable space, tailored to meet the operational needs of the team while improving the overall quality of the working environment.
