Riding the Wave

Red Tree were recently involved in a memorable project at the Imperial War Museum North.

‘The Wave’ project, designed by artist Paul Cummins and Tom Piper took centre stage at the museum with hundreds of ceramic poppies planted in memory of every British or Colonial life lost during the First World War.

The exhibition stemmed from the original at the Tower of London back in 2014 before touring the UK at a further 16 locations, bringing in crowds of over 5 million.

Our role as main contractor included landscaping, electrical and mechanical works.

This was another fantastic project to be involved in with at the IWMN.
