Giant Jenga and Career Discussions

Our four Apprentices and Supply Chain Manager recently attended the careers fair at Irlam & Cadishad Academy in an effort to inform the students about the exciting, and varied job roles in construction and the best ways to enter the industry. While describing the various positions Red Tree offers, from site to office, we also described our regular job responsibilities to help the students grasp what we do in greater detail. To learn about the safety of Hi-Vis on site, the students played a game of giant Jenga. The Red Tree team versus the Year 10 individuals’ game was a particular hit, but the result is still up for debate 😂
