Red Tree were awarded a design & build contract at Wythenshawe Hospital to convert their existing Renal Ward into a Long Term Ventilatory Support Unit. The intricate redevelopment project required a design to incorporate specialist bariatric services. Work elements ranged from demolition and strip out through to decoration and bespoke furnishings.

Works were carried out within the live Hospital environment. This required a close relationship with the client to ensure minimal disruption to both staff and patients. Regular progress meetings were held with the client and supply chain to eliminate any potential issues guaranteeing a timely delivery.
