Following enabling works, Red Tree were appointed to carry out the full refurbishment of this redundant space.
The Planned Investigation Unit and Surgical Ambulatory Care Unit both accommodate day cases for patients offering diagnosis and treatment without being admitted to hospital.

The works took place in a live hospital and the scope included new drainage, mechanical, electrical and medical gas installations; the installation of metal stud walls, doors and frames; UPVC windows; wall; floor and ceiling finishes; fixtures and fittings, fire containment works, and sundry minor fabric repairs and demolition.
