Summary of work

Works included the refurbishment of WC’s and replacement and upgrading of the existing air conditioning across within the live office block. The buildings remained in full occupation for the duration of the works and therefore works were carefully phased to ensure minimal disruption to the building users.

Secured in a competitive tender situation, Red Tree works incorporated decommissioning, enabling works, general strip out then install of new AC systems, testing and commissioning and making good any disturbance to the building fabric. Refurbishment of female, male and disabled toilets across 3 floors.
