Following a competitive tender process, Red Tree were pleased to be selected as the Main Contractor for a large scale multi-site Capital Works programme for NHS Property Services. This was Red Tree’s second involvement in the Capital Works scheme following the success of 2015’s programme.

Being involved in the Capital Works programme highlighted Red Tree’s ability to manage multiple sites at once, covering different aspects of works, in different locations throughout the North West, over a 12-month period.

During this time, a number of refurbishment works were carried out including, specialist reception areas, extensions, remodelling of entrances, existing spaces and full fit-outs of GP surgeries including staff and patient facilities.

The scheme was completed successfully with recognition from both the client and consultants.
