Red Tree were awarded the contract to construct a new build 110,000ft3 industrial unit for consumer products group PZ Cussons at their facility in Manchester.
Having delivered Industrial projects before, our Project Management team were aware of the intricate works needed to ensure a successful project delivery to meet the clients’ requirements.
The new structure was built by Red Tree as an entirely bunded facility ready to house production tanks to be installed through a removable section of the roof.
The mechanical and electrical design for the facility was undertaken entirely by Red Tree which included, sprinklers, gas, electrical and water services. Having the necessary control over the design meant the project build programme was followed successfully with regular review meetings between our Project Managers and the client.
