Following recent success at Leighton Hospital, Red Tree were appointed as the Main Contractor to design and build a new main entrance as part of their ‘Hospital Street’ programme.

Leighton Hospital’s patients were at the forefront of this design, creating an entrance that was accessible, spacious and welcoming. As part of the programme, Red Tree also carried out extensive refurbishment works to create a restaurant and shop with the aim to improve the overall experience of patients, staff and visitors.

Our team carried out works out of hours to minimise disturbance to the live environment and meet the programme deadline. Leighton’s ‘Hospital Street’ programme was delivered successfully in time for the grand opening by the local MP to widespread praise, receiving great publicity.
