Following Red Tree’s ability to produce a fast track build programme, multi award-winning supermarket chain Iceland awarded Red Tree the prestigious contract to build their new development kitchen facility.
The project included the demolition of the existing building that would make way for the high specification development which consisted of six cooking areas, five domestic kitchens and a central product innovation area.

The new facility had to be completed on time for the first product development conference and site filming. Red Tree’s ability to produce a fast track build programme and work out of hours to deliver this at the request of the client meant the whole project was delivered successfully on time.

The key to our success on this project was the effective project management of the team. Regular progress meetings ensured effective weekly planning and programming to deliver the project.
