Red Tree were appointed to construct this 2,800sqft new build GP Practice and Health Centre in Leigh.

The project created a much needed community resource and accommodates 4 consulting rooms, staff areas including a kitchenette and Staff room.

The project was constructed on a disused, uneven plot adjacent to a local shopping parade, public house and amongst a residential development.

The site levels were a challenge and the fall on the site was just shy of 4 metres as well as almost a meter of built up spoil.
