WORKING MAINLY ACROSS GREATER MANCHESTER, CHESHIRE AND MERSEYSIDE

As General Site Operative, you will be site-based (within the Northwest) and primarily responsible for supporting site operations so that contracts can run safely and efficiently. You will be expected to work with the Site Manager to proactively plan your day in line with site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Instilling and practicing good H&S standards

· Managing site traffic incl. Banksman duties

· Receiving & off-loading deliveries

· Managing materials and equipment

· Providing general labour resource

· Managing site waste

· Maintaining excellent housekeeping

· Establishing and maintaining positive professional relationships

Red Tree projects typically range from £10k – £3m and usually fall into the fit-out or refurbishment category, most commonly within Healthcare or Education and often in a live environment. Our healthcare settings include secure mental health units, which can be complex environments to work in and you will need to be patient, professional, process-driven and customer service oriented.

Qualifications & Experience:

• CSCS Card or Equivalent
• Experience of working in the Healthcare & Education sectors
• Experience of working in a ‘Live’ environment
