WORKING MAINLY ACROSS GREATER MANCHESTER, CHESHIRE AND MERSEYSIDE

As a Red Tree Painter and Decorator, you will be site-based (within the Northwest) and you’ll be responsible for delivering a first-class painting and decorating service on our Projects. This will include all aspects of preparation and finishing works incl. sanding, filling and mastic works (training can be provided for mastic works). The majority of your time will be spent working within our dedicated Small Works Team.

You will need to be a good all-rounder with a willingness to support the team by completing tasks that might not typically fall within the remit of a Painter & Decorator. You will be an effective task manager with a good work ethic and the ability to efficiently deliver works of exceptional quality. Red Tree projects typically range from £10k – £3m and usually fall into the fit-out or refurbishment category, most commonly within Healthcare or Education and often in a live environment. Our healthcare settings include secure mental health units, which can be complex environments to work in and you will need to be patient, professional, process-driven and customer service-oriented.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Recognised painting & decorating qualification (essential)
• CSCS card or equivalent
• Experience of working in the healthcare & education sectors
• Experience of working in a ‘live’ environment
